Why renewals slip

Long shifts, a date that comes round rarely

Your expiry date sits in a portal you only open every year or two. Between rotas and nights it's easy to lose track until it's close.

CME takes time to count

Hours have to be earned, then logged, and sometimes approved before they show on your record. Leaving it to the last month is risky.

A lapse affects more than work

No valid license means no shifts. For expats, losing the job can put your visa, housing and family plans under pressure too.

Is this an official DHA, DOH or SCFHS service?

No. RenewalWatch is an independent reminder service and isn't affiliated with any regulator. Your regulator sets the rules, so always confirm your exact deadline and CME requirement in your official portal.

Do you track my CME hours?

Not yet. Right now we remind you about your expiry date at the right moments and tell you what to check at each stage. Hour tracking is something we may add later.

What happens after I renew?

Reply to any alert with your new expiry date. We update it and your reminders start again for the next cycle.

What data do you keep?

Your email, the phone number you give at checkout, your license type and your expiry date. Nothing else, and we don't sell or share it.
